Museboard (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates museboard.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the Service.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, or payment details. The only data we store is:

• Your Content: Images you upload to your moodboards.
• Board Metadata: A randomly generated board ID (UUID) and the X/Y positions of your images.
• Anonymous Usage: Basic logs for debugging (e.g. errors) which contain no PII.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core functionality of creating, editing, and viewing moodboards.
• To store your images securely in our Supabase storage bucket.
• To maintain and debug the Service, ensuring reliability and performance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage. Their privacy practices govern how they handle your uploaded images and metadata:

5. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use any cookies or third-party analytics on the public app. If you integrate or embed any analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your moodboards and images remain stored until you delete them by removing all images, or by requesting deletion via email (see Section 9). Once a board has no images, it will be automatically purged from our database after 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• View: Access any board by its unique URL.
• Delete: Remove individual images via the “×” button, or delete all images to discard a board.
• Request Deletion: Email us at you@example.com to permanently erase all data associated with your board ID.

8. Security

All connections to the Service use HTTPS. Image uploads go directly to a secure Supabase storage bucket. We follow best practices to protect your data against unauthorized access.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance of the new policy.
